Summary, in plain English.
You have to be at least 18 to use PropApp. The platform is in beta, which means things can break — use it at your own risk for now. We're building it for the long haul and we'll keep your data safe, but please don't treat any match, recommendation, or estimate as legal or financial advice.
The core product is free during beta. If you opt in to a paid feature later, billing kicks in only after you've confirmed the subscription. We don't auto-upgrade anyone to a paid plan, and you can cancel any time.
If you're a buyer.
Your brief is private. We share it with an agent only after you opt in to a match. Information we surface — listings, suburb data, indicative prices — comes from agents and third-party feeds, and may be out of date. Always get independent legal and financial advice before making an offer.
If you're an agent.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the listings you share with us, and for holding a valid AU real-estate licence in the state where the property sits. We don't take a cut of your sale and we don't represent you in the transaction — we're an introduction network, not an agency.
